What are electronic tickets (e-tickets)?

A mobile ticket is a ticket that is distributed via app, ticket links or ticket transfer for you to view on your mobile devices.

I’ve bought tickets but haven’t received a confirmation email

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, it’s advisable to check your spam/junk folder, as emails can occasionally get re-routed there. If you haven/t found your email in spam, Please contact us via clicking here.

My event is soon and I’m worried I have not received my tickets?

If you haven’t received your tickets and the event is less than 7 days away, please reach out to us. We will get back to you as soon as possible. And for some events, delivery of tickets will be only available from 24-72 hours before the event date.

The event I bought tickets for has been postponed, rescheduled or cancelled, how do I proceed?

If the event you purchased tickets for has been either postponed, rescheduled or cancelled, rest assured that we will promptly reach out to you with the relevant information as soon as it becomes available.
In instances of event postponements, the tickets you hold are generally valid for the new date. Expect to receive an email from us, outlining pertinent details and any necessary follow-up actions.
In the unfortunate case of event cancellations, we will promptly update you with this information and you can either request for a full refund and or credit voucher in accordance with our policy.

Will my tickets be posted or emailed to me?

99% of tickets are email or mobile delivery since the reopening from Covid-19. If your tickets are hard copy we will reach out to you before sending to double check your current address.

Is it possible for me to request a cancellation of my order and receive a refund?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cancellation requests as our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy clearly outline that all sales are considered final.

Rest assured, once your tickets have been dispatched, we will promptly inform you through email. For up-to-date information on current ticket delivery timelines, kindly refer to this page.
For e-tickets, they will be sent to you via email in pdf format.
For mobile tickets, they will be transferred to you via mobile transfer and/or ticket links will be sent to you.
For hard-copy tickets, the progress of your order can be found when you log-in in to your account. In the event that your tickets have been dispatched, you will also find a ticket tracker link that enables you to trace the delivery timeline of your tickets.

How can I find out my seat number?

Since Queen of Tickets functions as a marketplace, sellers are obligated to showcase the ticket locations they have available, though they are not obligated to reveal precise seat numbers. Consequently, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide confirmation of seat numbers during the booking process. You’ll need to await the arrival of your tickets to acquire information regarding the specific seat numbers assigned and sold to you.

What can I do if I accidentally made a purchase?
