Bleachers

Bleachers is the indie pop project led by Jack Antonoff, a songwriter and producer whose fingerprints are all over modern pop music through his extensive work with some of the biggest names in the industry. Where his production work tends toward polish and precision, Bleachers channels something more emotionally raw, building anthemic, synth-driven songs that sit at the intersection of classic heartland rock and contemporary indie pop.

The project arrived with a fully formed sense of ambition, favouring big choruses, layered instrumentation, and lyrics that wrestle with nostalgia, loss, and self-examination. Over several releases, Bleachers has refined that sound into something increasingly confident, with Antonoff leaning further into the theatrical and the personal at the same time.
