I bought my ticket weeks ago. Why haven't they arrived?

Tickets are released by the venue close to the event — usually a few days before doors. That keeps every ticket secure right up until the event. We hold your order until those tickets are released, then forward them on. No news is good news.

My event is tomorrow and I still don't have anything. What now?

That's the moment to contact us. Most last-minute events deliver in the final 24 hours, but if you haven't heard from us by then we want to know. We'll chase them up directly with the venue.

How do I check the status for my event?

Find the artist or team in the table above. The badge next to their name tells you where we're at — “1 week before”, “48 hours before”, all the way through to “Ready now”. The page is updated by our ticketing team as each batch progresses.

What if I can't find the delivery email?

Check your junk and promotions folders first — attachments get caught more often than you'd think. Search your inbox for “Queen of Tickets”. Still nothing? Email tickets@queenoftickets.com and we'll re-send.

Can I forward my tickets to someone else?

Yep. For mobile barcodes and PDFs, just forward the email. For Ticketmaster/Ticketek transfers, the platform has its own “Send to a friend” button once you've accepted the transfer into your account.

Why do some tickets get sent earlier than others?

Every venue and primary platform has its own release schedule. Cricket and theatre tend to land a week out; AFL, NRL and big concerts often only release the morning of the game or 24 hours before. We can't speed up a venue's schedule — but we never sit on tickets once they're in our hands.

What if my event is cancelled or postponed?

We'll email you the moment we hear and walk you through the options. Cancelled events get a full refund. Postponements usually roll your tickets to the new date — you don't need to do anything to keep them valid.

When do I get my tickets?

Tickets are released in the days leading up to the event — not at the moment of purchase.

Once you've checked out, you'll get an order confirmation in your inbox right away. That confirms your booking, but it's not your ticket.

The actual tickets show up later. Venues and primary platforms like Ticketmaster, Ticketek and AXS hold barcodes back until closer to the event to keep every ticket secure. We sit on your order until those tickets are released, then forward them straight to the email address you used at checkout.

The format depends on the venue. Most fall into one of these four.

Mobile barcodes

Most modern tickets land as a scannable barcode you tap into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Show the screen at the gate, done.

PDF tickets

Some events still send PDFs. Save them to your phone or print a copy — either works at the gate.

Platform transfers

Ticketmaster and Ticketek often transfer tickets to your account. We email you a link — open it and accept the transfer in their app.
