C Tangana

One of the most inventive voices in contemporary Spanish-language hip-hop, C Tangana has built a reputation for refusing to stay in one place musically. Emerging from the Madrid rap underground, he initially made his name with sharp, street-level lyricism before expanding his sound into something far more ambitious and eclectic.

His later work pushed well beyond conventional hip-hop territory, weaving in flamenco, Latin pop, bolero, and traditional Iberian sounds to create a hybrid style that caught attention across Europe and Latin America.
